It was placed into the odontogenic cyst. The cyst grew slowly to this moment (first picture 2015 year). Implant fortunatly was table. Decission: compromise treatment: apiectomy of the implant and cystectomy with augmentation by 1:1 xenograft with autogenous bone. Patient lost the right central incisor 7 months ago without socket preservation protocol by other office. 5 years observations after cystectomy.
